Request an Exchange

If you would like to exchange a product you have purchased from us, but aren't sure on the sizing, fit, style, or have any other questions on the product options, please call us or contact us at service@betweenthelinesaz.com. Our team has helped thousands of baseball and softball players find the correct fit, size, and style for their needs - and can get you in the right gear in most cases. We also cover free shipping on exchanges (excluding oversized items).

If you already know the replacement item you would like to exchange for, there are a couple of options available to you. 

Option 1: You may request a return for the product you currently have, and place a new order for the replacement item. Your return will be processed following the return process above, and refund issued once we receive the return item. The replacement item will be fulfilled on the new order and using the payment details provided on the new order. This is usually the fastest option, as it allows us to ship out your replacement item right away.

Option 2: if you prefer not to place a new order, you may request a return and include in the return comments the replacement item that you would like an exchange for. Once we have reviewed and approved the return request, we will hold the replacement item for you, and ship to you once we receive the return item in lieu of issuing a refund.
